ERZURUM - Siberian cold paralyzes daily life in Eastern Region of Turkey.
Executives of local meteorology department said Monday the lowest temperature was minus 22 Celsius degrees in eastern province of Erzurum.
Cold weather will continue to affect the region for more three or four days, executives said.
