CEYLANPINAR - Syrian citizens started Sunday to return to their homeland after they exchanged Eid al-Adha greetings with their relatives in Turkey.
About 1,868 Syrian citizens crossed into Turkey from Ceylanpinar border pass on the second day of the Eid al-Adha (Friday).
They are returning to Syria on Sunday after spending 48 hours with their relatives in Turkey.
Around 1,683 Syrian citizens arrived in Turkey on Saturday, and they will start returning to their homeland on Monday.
On the other hand, 2,635 Syrians arrived in Turkey from Akcakale border pass on Saturday and this number is expected to be around 678 on Sunday. They will start going back to Syria on Monday.
