ERZURUM - The Eastern Anatolia Region of Turkey is under the influence of cold weather coming from Siberia.
"The lowest temperature in Kars and Agri was -17 degrees Celsius, -16 degrees in Erzurum, -7 in Igdir and Ardahan and -4 in Erzincan," executives of regional meteorology department said Saturday.
The executives warned citizens against icy roads and said they expect the temperature to be two or three degrees up on Sunday.
