ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul received on Thursday Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohsen Aminzade.
Following the meeting, Gul replied to questions of reporters.
Upon a question on developments about seizing Turkish company's right to operate Tehran's Imam Khomeini Airport, Gul said, ''work on this issue continues. Those issues are between two friendly and neighbor countries. A contract has not been signed yet. The issue will be taken up calmly.''
Replying to a question, Gul said that Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's date of visit to Iran became definite and noted that Erdogan would visit Iran after June 21-22. He added that Erdogan would make public the definite date.
Replying to another question on Turkish driver kidnapped in Iraq, Gul said that they were monitoring the issue.
