MERSIN/VAN/TEKIRDAG/AYDIN/IZMIR - Turkish security forces seized nearly 72.5 kg of heroin and 51 kg of hashish in separate operations waged in southern province of Mersin, eastern province of Van, northwestern province of Tekirdag and western provinces of Aydin and Izmir on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, police detained a total of 22 people during the operations.
