ANKARA - Turkey has once more reiterated its determination to combat terrorism.
"All state institutions will be in cooperation and maintain their determination to counter terrorism," a statement the Prime Minister's Office released after the meeting of the Higher Board of Counter-terrorism said.
The statement also said the board discussed activities carried out in fight against terrorism after the cabinet authorized the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) for a cross-border operation.
"The board also debated additional measures and methods regarding this fight," the statement said.
The statement also said the board discussed problems Turkey faces in extradition of terror criminals who are actually in foreign countries and implementation of legal, administrative, economic and social measures regarding fight against terrorism.
