Kurdish Parties Will Strongly Participate In New Cabinet: Saleh

ANKARA - Patriotic Union of Iraqi Kurdistan (PUK) representative Barham Saleh, who is proposed the office of deputy prime minister in the new cabinet in Iraq, has said that that Kurdish political parties would strongly participate in the new cabinet.
Saleh met with Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ugur Ziyal on Tuesday.
Replying to questions of journalists following the meeting, Saleh noted that Kurdish political parties would strongly participate in the new cabinet to be formed in Iraq.
He said that 5-6 ministries and office of deputy prime minister would be given to Kurdish political parties.
Upon a question about participation of Turkmens in the new cabinet, Saleh said that they were in favor of representation of Turkmens in national institutions.
