Turkey's Main Opposition Party To Appeal To Court To Annul Nuclear Law

ANKARA - Main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) is set to appeal to the Constitutional Court on Thursday for the annulment of a law which allows for the construction of nuclear power plants in Turkey.
Turkish President Abdullah Gul approved last November the law on the establishment and operation of nuclear power plants as well as sale of nuclear energy.
