Bulgarian P.M. Buys Book From Turkish Stand In International Book Fair

SOFIA - Bulgarian PM Sergei Stanishev bought a book at Turkey's stand in the 26th International Book Fair that opens in Bulgarian capital of Sofia on Wednesday.
Stanishev visited all the stands but showed great interest in the stand opened by Turkish Ministry of Culture & Tourism.
The Bulgarian prime minister examined all the books in Turkey's stand and purchased Reha Camuroglu's book "Son Yeniceri" (The Last Janissary).
The book was translated into Bulgarian within the framework of a project aiming to publish Turkish books in foreign languages (TEDA).
On the other hand, Turkish executives in the stand presented Reha Guney's book "Safranbolu Evleri" (The Houses of Safranbolu) as a gift to PM Stanishev.
The Turkish stand has special corners on Ataturk, Mevlana, the TEDA project and Nobel-prize-winner author Orhan Pamuk.
The fair will end on Sunday.
