Turkish Foreign Minister Gul Due To Egypt

ANKARA - Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul will go to Egypt in the coming days, sources said on Monday.
Sources stated that Gul would hold talks on lifting isolation imposed on Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and upgrading status of TRNC in the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) during his visit to Egypt.
The date of Gul's visit to Egypt is not definite yet.
Bilateral relations, Iraq, Palestine-Israel conflict and preparations of OIC foreign ministers' meeting that will be held in Istanbul will be discussed during his visit.
Meanwhile, Turkey continues to seek support for lifting embargoes imposed on TRNC. State Minister Mehmet Aydin is on tour to six gulf countries, while State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener will visit African countries.
