ADANA - The 9th Golden Cocoon 13 Frames International Art Festival kicked off Tuesday in southern province of Adana with a photograph exhibition of Rauf Denktas, former president of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
Adana Art Council Chairman Haluk Uygur said artists from several countries including the United States, Mexico, Italy, Syria and TRNC would attend the festival.
Slide shows, photograph workshops, concerts, exhibitions and panel discussions would take place during the festival which would run till December 15th, Uygur added.
