ANKARA - The debates on the 2008 Central Administration Budget bill ended at the parliament on Tuesday.
The debates that took place at the General Assembly under the chairing of Parliament Speaker Koksal Toptan lasted 8 hours.
After Finance Minister Kemal Unakitan introduced the bill to the parliament, the party groups made one hour speeches on the bill.
Later PM Erdogan delivered a speech on behalf of the government and replied to questions and criticism regarding the bill.
Following PM`s speech some MPs that are for and against the bill were given say on the bill.
The budget of the institutions will be debated on Wednesday.
