DP To Hold Extraordinary Convention In January

ANKARA - Democrat Party (DP) Chairman Mehmet Agar said on Monday his party would hold an extraordinary convention on January 6th, 2008.
Agar told a news conference that he would not become a candidate for chairmanship of DP.
"Husamettin Cindoruk will become a candidate for chairman post of DP in its extraordinary convention," Agar added.
