Repo Transactions Between Banks And Their Customers Drop

ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers dropped by 377.2 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between May 14 and 21, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 762.6 trillion TL on May 14, fell to 3 quadrillion 385.3 trillion TL on May 21.
The reverse repo transactions with customers dropped 18.5 trillion TL from 75 trillion 817 billion TL to 57 trillion 260 billion TL in this period.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations dropped 287.1 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 855.5 trillion TL on May 21. The total repo transactions amount was 9 quadrillion 142.5 trillion TL on May 14.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 8 quadrillion 979.9 trillion TL on May 14, fell 252 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 727.9 trillion TL on May 21.
