ANKARA -
According to a statement released by Presidency Press Center, National Education Minister Huseyin Celik; Rifat Hisarciklioglu, the Chairman of the Union of Chambers & Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB); and Turkish Red Crescent`s Chairman Tekin Kucukali will accompany Gul.
The statement said the visit coincides with the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Pakistan since the foundation of Pakistan.
The statement said the visit would be a means to underscore solidarity between Turkey and Pakistan in the highest level.
The statement said Turkey strongly advocates Pakistan`s fight against terrorism and extremism and attaches importance to welfare and tranquility of Pakistani people.
"In the visit, the two parties will have the opportunity to exchange views on regional and international matters concerning the common interests of the two friendly countries," the statement said.
The statement also said Gul will receive leaders of the leading political parties in Pakistan.
