ANKARA - Prince Charles of Wales and his spouse Cornwall Duchess Camilla visited Anitkabir, the Mausoleum of Ataturk -- the Founder of Republic of Turkey, on Thursday.
Prince Charles laid a wreath on Ataturk`s Mausoleum, observed a minute of silence and signed Anitkabir Special Register.
Turkey and Britain will continue to work for world peace and friendship, the prince of Wales wrote in the register.
Prince Charles and Camilla earlier on Thursday visited Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) Rehabilitation Center.
Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla have been in Turkey since Sunday, and visited central province of Konya, Aegean province of Izmir and Istanbul.
They will depart from Turkey later on Thursday.
