ANTALYA - Ceysu Corporation , one of Turkey`s giant companies in bottled water, will invest five million Euro to increase its bottling capacity in Antalya.
Speaking to AA, Chief Executive Officer of Ceylan Management, Construction, Tourism and Trade Co. (Ceysu) Sukru Ceylan told that an investment of five million Euro will be made at Ceysu`s facilities in Doyran town of Antalya.
Ceysu currently produces 17,000 bottled water per hour. With the new investment, it will be able to produce 42,000 bottled water per hour.
"Our water comes from Toros (Taurus) mountains. We currently export bottled water to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark. We are holding talks with several Israeli companies and plan to sell water to Israel too," Sukru Ceylan noted.
According to Ceylan, there are over 200 Turkish companies that produce bottled water. Ceysu ranks seventh with its current capacity.
"Ceysu earned over one million Euro in sales in 2007," Ceylan added.
Ceysu also has plans to enter the soft drinks market in the near future.
