ESKISEHIR - The Council of Europe has decorated three Turkish deputies with high service medal and honorary membership.
Turkish Parliamentary Foreign Relations Commission Chairman Murat Mercan, former Republican People`s Party (CHP) Gaziantep deputy Abdulkadir Ates and former CHP Ankara deputy Gulsun Bilgehan received their medals for their efforts to promote democracy and human rights.
