ANKARA - Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Hilmi Guler has said, ''our energy policy is quite clear. Now, our target is to make joint investments with foreign investors. We will remove all obstacles to this end.''
Prince Andrew of the United Kingdom, the Duke of York and the special representative for Britain's international trade and investment, visited Guler on Tuesday.
Speaking after the meeting, Guler said that he had informed Prince Andrew on Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project, Shah Sea and natural gas projects and Turkey's energy strategies.
Stressing that Turkey had been acting as a bridge of energy between Asia and Europe, Guler said, ''our energy policy is quite clear. Now, our target is to make joint investments with foreign investors. We will remove all obstacles to this end.''
