CONFIDENTIAL PLAN CANNOT BE EXPLAINED
PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the opposition that forces the government to make public things that have to be kept secret is in fact helping the terrorist organization PKK inadvertently. "We are taking action within the scope of a strategy we set with concerned institutions. If we are not talking frankly about some matter, this is because they have to be kept secret," he also said. Erdogan said Turkey has reached a very critical stage in fight against terrorism. "Even those who were affected by the propaganda of the terrorist organization in the past have changed their statements. PKK is surrounded in all sides," he also said.
SURPRISE VISIT OF U.S. COMANDER
The military cooperation between Turkey and the USA against PKK terrorism has reached its peak. Gen. Bantz Craddock, the commander of U.S. European Command, met Gen. Yasar Buyukanit, the Chief of General Staff, in Ankara yesterday. Craddock is also the NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

"REGIONAL PEOPLE ARE WITH ME"
PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan gave several messages during the Central Decision Executive Board meeting of his Justice & Development (AK) Party in Kizilcahamam. These messages are: "This is the first time that Turkey is seeing this much foreign support for its fight against terrorism. We have 75 Kurdish MPs. People of every region are with me. We do not want anybody to be pushed outside the democratic ground."
MOBILIZATION TO BRING EXPO TO IZMIR
A Turkish delegation headed by President Abdullah Gul will go to Paris today to lobby for Aegean province of Izmir, which is a candidate to host the biggest fair in the world -- EXPO -- in 2015. The delegation is comprised of 70 people, and it will explain Izmir's preparations to the Bureau of International Exhibitions (BIE).

COMMANDER OF U.S. EUROPEAN COMMAND VISITS BUYUKANIT
Commander of the U.S. European Command, General Bantz Craddock and the committee along with him visited Commander of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Yasar Büyükanit. A press release posted at General Staff's official web-site said, "the issues of the Turkish-US cooperation in the joint fight against the terrorist organization, PKK, including enhanced intelligence sharing were discussed during the visit." According to the release, this meeting was a follow-up of the November 5 meeting between Prime Minister Erdogan and President George Bush in Washington and of last week's visit to Ankara by General David Petraeus and General James Cartwright.

Speaking at the Kyzylcahamam camp of Justice and Development Party, PM Erdogan criticized the opposition parties severely and called on them not to play with fire. "Those who are forcing us to declare confidential issues are playing into the hand of the terrorist organisation," said Erdogan.

QAIDA TRUMP AGAINST PKK
PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan intented to mean the USA and the EU and said, "we told them we will qualify al-Qaida as rebels, not a terrorist organization if they do not see the PKK as a terrorist organization." Erdogan said a cross-border operation will be staged if necessary. "We are meeting every demand of soldiers, so there are not any problems. We will do what we have to do and we will stage an operation if we think it is necessary. We have one-year time." Erdogan signalled that the period of the motion on a cross-border operation can be extended. The most interesting remarks of Erdogan during the Central Executive Board meeting of his Justice & Development (AK) Party was that Turkey used al-Qaida trump against the terrorist organization PKK.

WE WILL NEVER MAKE CONCESSIONS OF DEMOCRACY
Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkey has surrounded the terrorist organization PKK in all sides, and seized a historic opportunity. "Let's broaden the atmosphere of freedoms to get a final result. We are calling on those who cannot separate their path from terrorism and violence to prefer democracy," he said. Erdogan also said Turkey will eradicate terrorism without any changes in its democratic stance.

GIANT U.S. COMPANY CHOOSES TURKEY AS A DESIGN & PRODUCTION BASE
General Electric (GE), the biggest arms producers in the world, is thinking of making Turkey a design and production base. Kursat Ozkan, the DG of Turkey branch of the company who is also responsible for Southwest Asia, said, "we will make production in Turkish Technology Center we will establish with the Defense Industry Undersecretariat and TUSAS Engine Industry."
