ANKARA - Prince of Wales Charles and his wife Dutchess of Cornwall Camilla will arrive in Ankara on Sunday.
Prince Charles and Camilla are expected to be in Turkey on Sunday afternoon, and visit Ankara, central Anatolian province of Konya, Aegean province of Izmir and Istanbul.
Proceeding to Konya on Monday, Charles and Camilla will visit Mevlana Museum, Ince Minaret, Karatay Madrasa, watch sema (dance of whirling dervishes) performance, and deliver a speech after the performance.
Prince Charles will also visit Catalhoyuk excavation area. British archeology professor Ian Hodder is heading the excavations in the 9,000-year-old neolithic settlement.
