Ipek: A New Process May Start For Dep Deputies

AH- Haluk Ipek, Group Deputy of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) declared that a new process might start in the Criminal Courts for former deputies of the Democracy Party (DEP) with the removal of the State Security Courts.
He said that whether the Supreme Court would not ratify the trial about Leyla Zana, the file might probably be discussed in the Criminal Court.
Reminding that there have been studies on new courts to be replaced with the State Security Courts would continue in the Justice Ministry, Ipek said that, the Turkish Assembly decided to remove the State Security Courts.
