PARIS - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Aydin said Friday cultures, religions or continents could not monopolize universal values.
Aydin delivered a speech at a conference organized by EU Institute for Security Studies in France and said future of the world should be based on democracy.
Democratic rights and freedoms should not be harmed due to security concerns, Aydin stated.
Fundamentalism, separatism and racism on basis of theses should be rejected, he added.
