Germany Is A Country Of Opportunities, Bohmer

ISTANBUL - Maria Bohmer, German Federal Government Commissioner for Migration, Refugees & Integration, held a press conference at German Consulate General in Istanbul on Friday.
Bohmer said Germany was a country of opportunities and Turkish people could have this opportunity by learning German.
According to German immigration law, beginner level of the language was required for family unification, Bohmer said. "It is a favor. Education is the right of the people," she stated.
The new immigration law is not for only Turkish people, it is also valid for other people coming from more than 140 countries, Bohmer added.
