ISTANBUL - Turkish State Minister Mehmet Aydin left for France on Thursday.
Aydin will participate in a conference on "Effective Multilateralism-Engaging With New Global Players" organized by the EU Institute for Security Studies.
State Minister Mehmet Aydin will also accompany President Abdullah Gul during his visit to France.
Gul will be in France on November 25th-27th to promote Aegean province of Izmir's candidacy for EXPO 2015 during the general assembly meeting of the Bureau of International Exhibitions (BIE).
