4th Turkish - Italian Forum Ends

ISTANBUL - The 4th Turkish-Italian Forum ended in Istanbul on Thursday.
Taking the floor in the closing session of the forum, Unicredit International Advisory Board Chairperson Renato Ruggiero said Turkey's EU accession process was a challenging one for both parties. The report made public by the European Commission had positive expressions about Turkey, Ruggiero said.
On the other hand, the Union of Chambers & Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Deputy Chairman Halim Mete said support to Turkey's EU accession process should be turned into concrete steps. "Turkey is ready to take necessary steps regarding this process," Mete added.
