ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met Thursday German Commissioner for Migration, Refugees and Integration and told her that Turkey was uneasy and concerned about reform of German migration law regarding family unification, sources said.
Erdogan and Bohmer reportedly discussed integration of Turkish people living in Germany and their problems.
According to sources, Erdogan said Turkey will continue to support integration process in Germany and voiced problems regarding voting right of Turkish people in German local elections.
Reminding that there have been attacks on Turkish people living in Germany and their properties, Erdogan asked for more decisive precautions regarding surging attacks, sources added.
