U.S. Commanders Arrive In Ankara

ANKARA - Gen. James Cartwright, the vice chairman of U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Gen. David Petraeus, the commander of multinational force in Iraq, arrived in Turkish capital of Ankara on Tuesday.
U.S. generals visited the Turkish General Staff HQ and debated fight against terrorism with Gen. Ergin Saygun, the deputy chief of General Staff.
After a meeting that took place between Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and U.S. President George W. Bush at the White House on November 5th, Saygun, Cartwright and Petraeus launched a process of talks.
U.S. commanders will depart from Turkey later on Tuesday.
