ISTANBUL - Turkish Minister of Justice Mehmet Ali Sahin departed from Istanbul for Rome on Tuesday to attend an international conference to mark the 10th anniversary of the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
The Rome conference will be attended by ministers and high level bureaucrats from countries that signed the OECD Convention, and representatives from emerging economies, World Bank, United Nations, Organization of American States, Council of Europe, European Commission, IMF and dozens of non-governmental organizations.
