Georgian Defense Minister Bezhuashvili Visits Turkish National Defense Minister Gonul

ANKARA - Georgian Defense Minister Gela Bezhuashvili visited on Thursday Turkish Defense Minister Vecdi Gonul.
Gonul said that Turkey and Georgia have very good relations since 1991. Noting that the relations between defense ministries of two countries have also reached to a perfect level, Gonul said that they would exert efforts to further develop the relations between two defense ministries.
Bezhuashvili said that the best example for cooperation between Turkey and Georgia was on defense field, adding that Turkey helped Georgia on its path to NATO. Noting that they were pleased with the cooperation on military training field, Bezhuashvili thanked Turkey for this military assistance.
