President Saakashvili Of Georgia Visits Mausoleum Of Ataturk

ANKARA - President Mikheil Saakashvili of Georgia, who is currently in Ankara on a three-day state visit as guest of President Ahmet Necdet Sezer, visited the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of modern and secular Republic of Turkey, on Thursday.
An official welcoming ceremony will take place at the Cankaya Presidential Palace for President Saakashvili.
President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and President Saakashvili will hold a joint news conference after holding tete-a-tete talks and presiding meetings between Turkish and Georgian delegations.
President Sezer will host a dinner at the Cankaya Presidential Palace in honor of President Saakashvili later in the day.
Saakashvili will proceed to Istanbul tomorrow after receiving Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul.
