MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin sent on Friday a message to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on cooperation of Turkey and Russia.
The message was conveyed to Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Razov during the fourth session of the Russian-Turkish High-Level Working Group in Ankara.
Diplomatic sources said that Putin, in his message, confirmed his wish to visit Turkey in written and expressed his pleasure for development of relations between two countries.
Russian-Turkish High-Level Working Group, which was formed in line with the plan of Russian-Turkish cooperation in Eurasia, signed on November 16, 2001. Razov is the group's Russian co-chairman.
