ANKARA - International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Representative in Turkey Odd Per Brekk would leave Turkey after completion of eighth review which would start in the following month, sources said on Friday.
Sources told A.A correspondent that Brekk had been the IMF Representative in Turkey for four years.
The IMF Representation in Ankara was opened in 2000.
British Hugh Bredenkamp is expected to be appointed to Turkey after Norwegian Brekk's term in office ends.
Bredenkamp is known as an expert on foreign currency regimes. He is also an expert on Enhanced Structural Adjustment Facility (ESAF).
Hugh Bredenkamp is also in close coordination with the World Bank.
