Cicek: When We Look At Picture, We See Who Is With Who

ANKARA - Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek said, "when we look at the picture, we see who is with who," regarding the release of eight Turkish soldiers.
Turkey lost contact with eight soldiers after a clash with the terrorist organization PKK near Daglica town of southeastern city of Hakkari on October 22nd. The soldiers were brought to Turkey on Sunday.
In an exclusive interview with the A.A correspondent, Cicek said the Turkish government exerted great efforts to have contact with the eight formerly missing Turkish soldiers.
"We held talks with the Iraqi government and the U.S. on this matter. We are pleased that those talks yielded favorable results," Cicek said.
"On the other hand, when we look at the picture, we see who is with who. It is historically the most concrete document. Those who were there were captured red-handed," he stated.
Cicek said Turkish soldiers returned home thanks to the government's talks with the relevant authorities.
"EU, U.S. and Iraqi government consider PKK a terrorist organization. Acts of this organization must be prevented. Those who were involved in this crime should be extradited to Turkey. Everyone including the United States should do whatever is necessary," he said.
"We want settlement of stability in Iraq. We suffered much from instability in this country," Cicek added.
