ISTANBUL - Turkish Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan hosted Friday a dinner in honor of the guest ministers participating in the International Conference on Iraq in Istanbul.
Representatives of Iraq's neighboring countries that are Iran, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and Syria, permanent members of the UN Security Council which are USA, France, Britain, China and Russia, G-8 countries which are Japan, Germany, Italy and Canada, as well as officials from UN, OIC, Arab League and European Commission will participate in the International Conference on Iraq which will be inaugurated in Istanbul on Saturday.
