Strike In Turk Telekom Continues As More Than 320 Thousand Work Days Lost

ANKARA - Almost in the third week of a strike in Turk Telekom, the number of lost work days reached as much as 325 thousand, said a union representing workers of Turkey's biggest fixed operator.
Almost 25 thousand Turk Telekom workers have been on strike since October 16th, two-thirds of them working in field operations such as line maintenance.
Strike has been causing occasional interruptions in phone and fiber-optic lines.
