ANKARA - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will pay an official visit to Italy on November 7 and 8, upon invitation of Italian Premier Romano Prodi.
Besides the bilateral political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries, Turkey-EU negotiation process, Cyprus, as well as regional and international topics will be high on the agenda.
Prime Minister Erdogan is also scheduled to hold talks with President Giorgio Napolitano, FM & Deputy Prime Minister Massimo D'Alema, Parliament Speaker Fausto Bertinotti and Senate President Franco Marini.
Erdogan will also attend the Turkey-Italy Business Council meeting to be hosted by the Italian Businessmen's Association.
