Turkish Agriculture And Rural Affairs Minister Guclu Receives Delegation From The Netherlands

ANKARA - Turkish Agriculture and Rural Affairs Minister Sami Guclu received on Thursday delegation of Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands.
The delegation came to Turkey for the third meeting of Agriculture Study Group which will be held in Turkey under the memorandum of understanding that was signed on September 18, 2000 between two countries.
Guclu told reporters prior to the meeting that relations on agricultural field between Turkey and the Netherlands were good and added that they would exert efforts to further develop those relations.
Recalling that the European Union (EU) Term Presidency would be transferred to the Netherlands, Guclu said that he invited Agriculture Minister of the Netherlands to Turkey, adding that the minister would come to Turkey in 2005. However, said Guclu, they would suggest the minister to pay his visit this year.
