ANKARA - The Turkish-Norwegian Political Consultation Meeting will be held in Ankara on May 14, Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.
A statement of the Turkish Foreign Ministry said that the meeting would be co-chaired by Turkish Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ambassador Ugur Ziyal and State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Ambassador Kim Traavik.
During the consultation, bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues are expected to be taken up.
The Norwegian delegation headed by Traavik will also be received by Turkish Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullah Gul on the same day.
Traavik and the accompanying delegation are expected to leave Turkey on May 15.
