ISLAMABAD, Pakistan
An Afghan military helicopter on Wednesday crashed in western Afghanistan, killing two pilots onboard, the country’s Defense Ministry said.
The MI-35 helicopter crashed in Porchaman district of Farah province due to “technical issues”, the ministry said in a Twitter post.
"Sadly two of our brave pilots were martyred. MOD [Ministry of Defense] leadership expresses their deepest condolences to the families of our martyred pilots," it added.
