Turkey’s Genclerbirligi confirmed on Friday that two of their staff members tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
Genclerbirligi did not disclose the identity of infected club members.
The necessary follow-up and isolation process continue in line with Health Ministry guidelines, the Ankara club said.
As of Friday, the overall count of virus cases in Turkey reached 299,810, including 264,805 recoveries. The death toll from the pandemic rose to 7,377, according to the Health Ministry’s data.
