ANKARA - Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri of Lebanon will pay a state visit to Turkey between May 12 and 13, 2004 as the guest of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Releasing a statement, Prime Ministry Press Center said on Monday that Prime Minister Hariri and the accompanying delegation would come to Ankara tomorrow.
The statement stated that Prime Minister Hariri's visit to Turkey following last month's visit of Foreign Minister Jean Obeid of Lebanon would make a valuable contribution to efforts to further develop the bilateral relations between Turkey and Lebanon.
During meetings of Prime Minister Hariri with Turkish officials, the bilateral relations between the two countries, and recent regional and international developments will be discussed.
Prime Minister Hariri is expected to sign a series of economic agreements during his visit.
