Ercan Airport In Turkish Republic Of N. Cyprus To Be Opened On May 10

LEFKOSA - Ercan Airport in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) which has been modernized will be re-opened to service on May 10.
The opening ceremony of the airport which was earlier scheduled to be held on May 11 would be held on May 10.
Turkish State Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Abdullatif Sener will also attend the opening ceremony of the airport which was modernized with contributions of Turkey.
Ercan Airport was closed on September 10, 2002. Modernization of the airport cost 18 trillion Turkish Liras (TL).
