Turkish Police Confiscate 89.3 Kg Of Heroin In Van

VAN - Turkish police confiscated 89.3 kg of heroin in an operation in Ercis town of eastern province of Van, sources said on Friday.
Sources stated that gendarme teams that stopped a car in a checkpoint seized 89.3 kg of heroin hidden in secret compartments of the car.
Four people were detained in connection with drug smuggling.
