Repo Transactions Between Banks And Their Customers Drop

ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers fell by 54.2 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between April 22 and 30, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 287 trillion TL on April 22, reduced to 3 quadrillion 232.8 trillion TL on April 30.
The reverse repo transactions with customers dropped to 56 trillion 791 billion TL in this period.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations rose 266.6 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 161.5 trillion TL on April 30. The total repo transactions amount was 7 quadrillion 894.9 trillion TL on April 22.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 7 quadrillion 796.2 trillion TL on April 22, increased 270.2 trillion TL to 8 quadrillion 66.5 trillion TL on April 30.
