ANKARA - Foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank dropped by 128 million U.S. dollars between April 22 and 30, 2004.
According to the Central Bank's weekly bulletin, the Central Bank's foreign exchange reserves which were 33 billion 845 million U.S. dollars on April 22 reduced to 33 billion 717 million U.S. dollars on April 30.
Total foreign exchange reserves of banks and private finance organizations rose 185 million U.S. dollars from 12 billion 579 million U.S. dollars to 13 billion 764 million U.S. dollars between April 9 and 16.
The international reserves of Turkey comprising gold reserves and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank, commercial banks and private finance organizations dropped 253 million U.S. dollars from 47 billion 627 million U.S. dollars to 47 billion 374 million U.S. dollars between April 9 and 16.
