ANKARA - Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium met on Tuesday separately with Turkish State Ministers Kursad Tuzmen and Ali Babacan.
In his meeting with Tuzmen, Philippe said that they attached great importance to development of commercial relations with Turkey.
Later, Crown Prince Philippe had a meeting with State Minister Babacan. Treasury Undersecretary Ibrahim Canakci, officials from Turkish Treasury and officials from Belgian Economy Ministry also attended the meeting.
Sources said that Crown Prince Philippe and Babacan discussed economic relations and further development of those relations in their meeting.
ERDOGAN MEETS WITH CROWN PRINCE PHILIPPE OF BELGIUM
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan met on Tuesday with Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium.
Crown Prince Philippe was earlier received by Turkish President Ahmet Necdet Sezer at Cankaya Presidential Palace.
Philippe met separately with Turkish State Ministers Kursad Tuzmen and Ali Babacan.
Crown Prince Philippe also attended a ceremony on Tuesday to mark opening of Baymina Ankara Natural Gas Combit Circle constructed by Belgian Tractebelsa company and Turkish Mimag company in Temelli town of Turkish capital Ankara.
