F.M. Babacan In Syria - Babacan Received By President Asad

DAMASCUS - Syrian President Bashar al-Asad has received the Turkish Foreign Minister and Chief Negotiator for EU talks Ali Babacan at the Presidential Palace in Damascus on Sunday.
Asad and Babacan`s meeting was closed to the press. Babacan presented a written message of Turkish President Abdullah Gul to Asad.
Babacan will proceed to Israel on Sunday afternoon.
