Junior Chamber International Turkey Branch To Bring Together Young Leaders And Entrepreneurs From 120 Countries In Antalya
ANKARA - The Junior Chamber International (JCI) Turkey Branch will bring together young leaders and entrepreneurs from 120 countries in Antalya in November, it was reported on Saturday.
JCI Turkey President Umit Evren told that the JCI international summit will take place in southern province of Antalya between November 5th and 11th, 2007. Over 5,000 young leaders and entrepreneurs are expected to attend the Antalya summit.
Evren stressed that the Antalya summit will promote young Turkish leaders` and entrepreneurs` contacts globally.
Individuals between the ages of 18 and 40 may become members of the JCI. At age 40, members are promoted to the rank of "senator". The senators are responsible in training JCI members and act as consultants. JCI Turkey has 650 members and 68 senators.
