Repo Transactions Between Banks And Their Customers Rise

ANKARA - Repo transactions between banks and their customers rose by 152.4 trillion Turkish liras (TL) between April 16 and 22, 2004.
The Central Bank data show that the repo transactions, which were 3 quadrillion 134.6 trillion TL on April 16, rose to 3 quadrillion 287 trillion TL on April 22.
The reverse repo transactions with customers rose to 70 trillion 449 billion TL in this period.
Repo transactions among the financial organizations rose 30.1 trillion TL to 7 quadrillion 894.9 trillion TL on April 22. The total repo transactions amount was 7 quadrillion 864.9 trillion TL on April 16.
The reverse repo transactions among the financial organizations, which were 7 quadrillion 799.1 trillion TL on April 16, reduced 2.9 trillion TL to 7 quadrillion 796.2 trillion TL on April 22.
